Valley Custom Powder Coating is located in Lathrop, CA. We have been offering top quality surface preparation and powder coating solutions for businesses as well as individual customers since 2009.

Sand Blasting

We have two sand blasting cabinets that are used to remove old paint and metal scale, resulting in better adherance for the powder coating. We use a local vendor to sandblast or burn off your larger items.

Chemical Stripping

We have a 100 gallon chemical stripping tank that safely removes old powder coating without damaging the parts.

Iron Phosphating

Iron phosphating is used when necessary to clean parts prior to powder coating.

Precision Masking & Plugging

Areas that do not require powder coating are precisely taped with high-temperature tape used specifically for powder coating purposes. Plugging is used to protect threads and studs.

Powder Coating

We have two powder coating booths and two walk-in ovens. Our smaller booth is 5’ x 5’ x 7’ and our larger booth is 10’ x 10’ x 9’. The ovens are 5’ x 5’ x 7’ and 8’ x 8’ x 10’.

Pick-up & Delivery

We offers free pick-up and delivery for our commercial accounts. Pick-up and delivery for personal items is negotiable.
